Is National Herald Case a Political Vendetta ?

Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi alleges that National Herald Case is political vendetta . They say that Mr. Narendra Modi , Prime Minister of India led NDA government is trying to torture Congress Party . They created havoc in Parliament for a case which is being  heard in trial court and which has been heard in High Court.

Here it is important to mention here that Mr. Subramaniu Swami had lodged the said  case before the trial court against Rahul Gandhi and others in the year 2012. Complaint was filed in trial court in the year 2012 when  BJP or NDA was not in power and when Mr. Modi was Chief Minister of Gujarat . Obviously neither BJP nor Mr Modi was anywhere connected with the case filed by Subramanium Swami  when the case was lodged in trail court . Rather at the time case was filed, It was Government led by Congress Party only and Mr. Manmohan Singh was Prime Minister. And hence it is wrong to say that National Herald Case is absolutely a government vendetta. Bitter truth is that it was Rahul Gandhi who had challenged Subramanium Swami to file a case against him and his party in court of law if Mr Swami found any truth in National Herald case.

After looking into various aspects , the trial court directed Rahul Gandhi and others to appear before it on 7th August 2014. On 30th August Rahul Gandhi and others filed case in Delhi High  Court and the summon of trial court was stayed. By that time Mr. Modi came to power and became Prime Minister of India.. Now after hearing all logics and facts submitted by Rahul and others in High court for  16 months , the learned court has found no merit in the plea made by Rahul and his brigade and hence dismissed their appeal and directed them to appear before trial court again. Role of Government is no where visible. How can an elected government influence justice ?

It is only because appeal made by Rahul and his brigade has been dismissed, they want to take revenge from government by putting unwarranted and unjustified hurdles in passing of important bills like Land Bill or GST Bill. It is more surprising that other matured and experienced leaders of Congress Party have also lost their conscience and this is why they as usual are standing behind Rahul and his family. They all appear to be more loyal to Rahul and his family than that to country or common men of this country.

Not only this, even  leaders of other opposition parties are ready to take advantage of this situation and trying their best to polarise all against Mr. Modi and NDA government. By this way they can put hurdles in path of growth and malign present government, but people of India will not forgive them. Congress Party has already lost its ground and strength of this party in Parliament has been reduced fro 400 to 40 and very soon they will shrink to 4 or zero. They may delay the process of reformation and transformation but cannot stop it permanently.

I would like to mention here that the CBI in the month of October 2015  had opposed an application for summoning the former Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, as an accused in a coal block case. This could happen only because present government is not in a habit of influencing CBI or judiciary as Congress Party is habituated to do. On the other hand, Congress Party tortured Ramdeo , Team Anna and all others whoever  tried to expose corruption cases related to various  party leaders. They managed several false cases against opponents of Congress Party and used CBI,  police and even judiciary to torture all opponents. In emergency , they crossed all limits of immorality and put all opponents in jail and even changed the basis structure of Constitution. This party could manage delay in justice in Lalit Narayan murder case in court for forty years . It is the culture of this party to award corrupt persons and to elevate flatterers and punish those who talk of honesty and who stick to principles . This is why I say that their eyes are prejudiced and they see Mr. Modi with prejudiced eyes.

In such situation and under such background , there is very little hope that Congress party will support NDA in passing Land Bill or GST bill. A party which can depute senior leaders to Pakistan to seek help in removing Mr Modi from power and to seek help in getting power to rule India cannot think for country or for common men. For Rahul and Sonia and leaders of Congress party , wealth power and political power is more important than growth of country or welfare of common men. They can go to any extent to disturb Mr. Modi and hence it will be prudent and  wise for BJP to  take care of it.

It will not be astonishing when even politicians like Lalu, Mulayam ,Mayawati or Owessi like politicians may come together to join hands with Rahul in their false war of propaganda launched against the government to malign BJP and to stall growth agenda of Modi led government at all level . They have already maligned the name of the country by tagging it as intolerant and they will leave no stone unturned to further delaying the legislation and execution of plans related to growth initiated by present government. They have proved it in the election of Bihar by discarding all principles and by targeting their common enemy Mr. Modi.

During the government led by Congress Party in last sixty years, bills used to be passed by Parliament without any effective or useful debate and discussion in Parliament. Now since the Modi Government want all bills properly discussed first in party forum and then in Parliament, opponents are avoiding debates on important bill and simply disturbing the functioning of Parliament by raising non-issues in Parliament.

Leaders of Congress Party and other opponents have every right to oppose or support a government bill . But they have to discuss it on the floor of Parliament and prove that a particular bill is wrong or right or need modification in the interest of the country. They should not mingle good bill with irrelevant issues and should stop delaying tactics. It is not proper to put hurdles in passing of a good bill by raising personal problems.

It is fortunate or unfortunate , I cannot say , but I can say that if growth of the country is delayed on personal reasons by opponents  or by whimsical acts of leaders of opposition parties ,it is only voters who  can teach lesson to such political parties. Country will suffer and common men will have to bear the loss caused by irresponsible leaders of various political parties.

In National Herald Case , Rahul Gandhi and Sonia are saying that they are not afraid of vindictive attitude of the government . Of course if they are true and on legal path , they should not be afraid of court case and boldly face it and prove in court of law that they are innocent and petitioner is on wrong path and they should prove it in court that the case filed against them by Mr. Subramanium is a political vendetta instead of creating nuisance in Parliament and wasting precious time of Parliament.

नेशनल हेराल्ड मामले मे कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी और उपाध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट मे उपस्थित होना है और इस मामले मे शिकायतकर्ता भाजपा नेता सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी है। पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने नेशनल हेराल्ड अखबार की स्थापना की।

-अखबार की स्थापना 8 सितंबर 1938 को लखनऊ मे की गई थी।
-अखबार के पहले संपादक भी पंडित जवाहर लाल नेहरू ही ...थे।
-प्रधानमंत्री बनने तक नेहरू नेशनल हेराल्ड बोर्ड के चेयरमैन रहे।
-आजादी की लडाई मे इस अखबार ने अहम भूमिका अदा की।
-अखबार ने बाद मे हिन्दी नवजीवन और उर्दू कौमी आवाज अखबार भी निकाला।

-आजादी के बाद भी नेशनल हेराल्ड कांग्रेस का मुखपत्र बना रहा।
-खराब आर्थिक हालात के चलते 2008 मे अखबार का प्रकाशन बंद हो गया।
-2008 मे अखबार का मालिकाना हक एसोसिएटेड जर्नल्स के पास था।

-नेशनल हेराल्ड को चलाने वाली कंपनी एसोसिएट जर्नल्स ने कांग्रेस पार्टी से बिना ब्याज के 90 करोड का कर्ज लिया।

-कांग्रेस ने कर्ज देने का मकसद कंपनी के कर्मचारियो को बेरोजगार होने से बचाना बताया।

-नेशनल हेराल्ड अखबार का प्रकाशन इसके बावजूद दोबारा कभी शुरू नही हुआ।
-26 अप्रैल 2012 को यंग इंडिया कंपनी ने एसोसिएटेड जर्नल्स का मालिकाना हासिल कर लिया।

-यंग इंडिया कंपनी मे 76 फीसदी शेयर सोनिया गांधी और राहुल गांधी के है।
-इनमे से 38 फीसदी सोनिया गांधी और 38 फीसदी राहुल गांधी के हैं।
-बाकी शेयर सैम पित्रोदा, सुमन दुबे, मोतीलाल वोरा और ऑस्कर फर्नांडीज के पास है।

-यंग इंडिया ने हेराल्ड की 1600 करोड की परिसंपत्तिया महज 50 लाख मे हासिल की।

बीजेपी नेता सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी के सवालः-
बीजेपी नेता सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी का आरोप है कि गांधी परिवार हेराल्ड की संपत्तियो का अवैध ढंग से उपयोग कर रहा है। इनमे दिल्ली का हेराल्ड हाउस और अन्य संपत्तिया शामिल है। वे इस आरोप को लेकर 2012 मे कोर्ट गए। कोर्ट ने लंबी सुनवाई के बाद 26 जून 2014 को दिल्ली की पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट ने सोनिया गांधी, राहुल गांधी के अलावा मोतीलाल वोरा, सुमन दूबे और सैम पित्रोदा को समन जारी कर पेश होने के आदेश जारी किए थे। तब से इस आदेश की तामील लंबित है।

 -सोनिया-राहुल की कंपनी यंग इंडिया ने दिल्ली मे सात मंजिला हेराल्ड हाउस को किराये पर कैसे दिया। इसकी दो मंजिले पासपोर्ट सेवा केंद्र को किराये पर दी गई जिसका उद्घाटन तत्कालीन विदेश मंत्री एस एम कृष्णा ने किया था। यानि यंग इंडिया किराये के तौर पर भी बहुत पैसा कमा रही है।

 -राहुल ने एसोसिएटेड जर्नल मे शेयर होने की जानकारी 2009 मे चुनाव आयोग को दिए हलफनामे मे छुपाई और बाद मे 2 लाख 62 हजार 411 शेयर प्रियंका गांधी को ट्रांसफर कर दिए। राहुल के पास अब भी 47 हजार 513 शेयर है।
-आखिर कैसे 20 फरवरी 2011 को बोर्ड के प्रस्ताव के बाद एसोसिएट जर्नल प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को शेयर हस्तांतरण के माध्यम से यंग इंडिया को ट्रांसफर किया गया जबकि यंग इंडिया कोई अखबार या जर्नल निकालने वाली कंपनी नही है?

 -कांग्रेस द्वारा एसोसिएट जर्नल प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को बिना ब्याज पर 90 करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा कर्ज कैसे दिया गया जबकि यह गैर-कानूनी है क्योंकि कोई राजनीतिक पार्टी किसी भी व्यावसायिक काम के लिए कर्ज नही दे सकती?
-जब एसोसिएटेड जर्नल का ट्रांसफर हुआ तब इसके ज्यादातर शेयरहोल्डर मर चुके थे ऐसे मे उनके शेयर किसके पास गए और कहा है
-आखिर कैसे एक व्यावसायिक कंपनी यंग इंडिया की मीटिंग सोनिया गांधी के सरकारी आवास 10 जनपथ पर हुई?
